Project 365 – # 193 Quotography Project – #2
So part two of the Quotography project ( you can see part one here).
“Stones in the road? I save every single one, and one day I’ll build a castle.” ― Fernando Pessoa
Now even I don’t know why after reading this quote I instantly thought ”Dominoes!”, I often wonder at how my mind works, but with no other ideas appearing on the horizon, I ran with it. I guess it’s to do with how in dominoes, you’re trying to link pieces, and that’s what you do when building ; linking it up build a whole. This is the shot that I was hunting for the other day, in the pouring rain ( see post for appropriate tales) It was taken at Bradgate Park, within the ruins of the home of Lady Jane Grey, the young girl who ruled England for 9 days, before getting the chop from Mary I . The pieces of her life were well and truly scattered.

Isn’t it interesting how we interpret other people’s words. I like that the location is meaningful as well.
It is – how words can me different things to different people
love the depth and warmth of colour, awesome stuff
THank you
