Project 365 – # 304 Life is funny isn’t it?
I’m afraid to say this blog may get a bit university orientated for a while now, as I’m preparing to head off next month. However, although I’m off to Bristol, during my university application process, I decided to apply to both Trinity College, Dublin and University College Dublin as another two options. Well, fell in love with the UCD course ( they had a whole elective on Seamus Heaney! 
) but as all too often in the case, reality came and bit me in the behind – unfortunately, I’m not Irish, so it was make my wallet a rather unhappy place! So, that idea had to be put aside, though reluctantly. Anyway, as my usual scatty self, I forgot to pull myself out of the application process, so yesterday morning I found out that I had been offered a place at UCD! How exciting, though I have to let it lapse – however, it cheers you up when you realise you’re one of the ten( yes, ten!) they accept on that course…oh well, maybe in the future….
